πŸ“¦ What's included with every rental?
Every rental includes delivery, full setup, and pickup within 15 miles of LaGrange. We bring all necessary equipment β€” you need a flat outdoor space and access to a standard power outlet.
πŸ“ How much space does the tent need?
The inflatable party tent is 39 ft long Γ— 20 ft wide Γ— 14 ft tall. You'll need a flat, open area at least 45Γ—25 ft to allow for staking and airflow. Grass, concrete, or pavement all work.
πŸ”Œ Do I need to provide power?
Yes β€” a standard 110V household outlet within 50 feet of the setup area is all you need. We bring extension cords. If your space doesn't have easy outlet access, reach out and we'll work something out.
🌧️ What if it rains on my event day?
Light rain is no problem β€” the tent is fully enclosed and weather-resistant. For heavy storms or high winds, we'll work with you to reschedule at no extra charge. Safety is always our first priority.
❌ What's your cancellation policy?
Your 50% deposit is non-refundable if cancelled within 7 days of your event. Cancellations made more than 7 days out can be rescheduled or refunded. We're flexible β€” just reach out early.
πŸ“… How far in advance should I book?
We recommend 1–2 weeks out, especially for spring and summer weekends. We do take last-minute bookings based on availability β€” text us and we'll do our best to make it work.
πŸš— Do you deliver outside 15 miles?
Yes β€” delivery beyond 15 miles is $1.25 per mile (round trip). We regularly serve Newnan, West Point, Hogansville, Auburn/Opelika, and more. Just mention your location when you book.
⏱️ How long does setup take?
The tent takes about 30–45 minutes to inflate and secure. Individual items take 15–20 minutes. We always arrive early so everything is ready before your guests show up.
πŸ”„ What if I need to cancel?
Your 50% deposit holds your date. If you cancel 8 or more days before your event, your deposit converts to a rescheduling credit β€” valid for 6 months toward any future booking. If you cancel within 7 days, the deposit is forfeited. This protects us from last-minute gaps we can't fill. No cash refunds on cancellations.
πŸ“… Can I reschedule my event?
Yes β€” if you need to reschedule, just give us at least 8 days' notice and your deposit carries forward to your new date at no charge. For reschedules requested within 7 days of the event, rescheduling is offered at our discretion based on availability. Severe weather rescheduling is always free β€” deposit carries forward, no questions asked.

Simple: you get 100% of every dollar back within 24 hours β€” no questions, no runaround. We take our commitments seriously. If we ever cancel on you for any reason, your money comes back immediately and in full. That's our guarantee.

We accept Zelle, Cash App, and cash. Payment details will be sent when you book. A direct online payment option will be available soon β€” reach out if you have questions about paying.
πŸ‘€ Do I need to be home during setup?
Yes β€” someone should be present when we arrive to show us the setup area and confirm the power source location. After setup is complete and we've confirmed everything is running perfectly, you're free to focus on your event. Want us to stay the entire time? Add an on-site attendant for $20/hr.
